Taste: A delicious and mentally refreshing blend of herbs with a slightly mint and lemon flavor.
Suggested use: Shake bag well to make sure herbs are evenly mixed.
Scoop 1 to 2 Tablespoons of tea into your loose leaf vessel. Pour in 1.5 cups of (195-212) deg F water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Take 1-2 times per day. This is brain stimulating dose, avoid taking too close to bedtime.
For a daytime brew: scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea into your loose leaf vessel. Pour 8 ounce of 195-212 deg F water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
