Rhodiola is a cooling adaptogen and therefore less likely to cause overstimulation as is sometimes seen with red ginseng or holy basil. Rhodiola acts on the endocrine and HPA axis modulating the immune system and helping to control stress and stress caused illnesses. Rhodiola was part of the extensive studies done in russia in the 50's and 60's and was an integral ingredient in their athletic and cosmonaut programs.

Concentration/Ingredients
1:4 - Organic Rhodiola Root, organic alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested use:
20-40 drops(1 - 2 mL) in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 3 - 4 times per day. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle.
Properties: Adaptogen, antioxidant, cardioprotective, neuroprotective, immune system stimulant, antidepressant, nervine, very mild nervous system stimulant, antiviral.
Precautions: Do not use if you have bipolar, paranoid or manic tendencies.
