Skullcap

Skullcap is a calming nervine, most commonly used for stress related issues such as spasms, tics, stress headaches, teeth grinding and  and panic issues.

Concentration/Ingredients 
1:4 - Organic Skullcap, organic alcohol, distilled water.

Suggested use:
20-30 drops(1 - 2 droppers full) in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 2 - 3 times per day. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle. 

Properties: calming nervine, antidepressant, antispasmodic, anxiolytic.
