Schisandra (five flavors fruit) is a calming adaptogen and nervine benefiting the nervous, immune, cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine systems. Schisandra fruit has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine for gastrointestinal, respiratory and cardiovascular issues, body fatigue, excessive sweating and insomnia.
Clinical studies confirm the positive effect of Schisandra berries and extracts to the central nervous, sympathetic, cardiovascular, endocrine, and respiratory systems, as well as the adaptogenic, hepatoprotective, immunostimulant, antioxidant, ergogenic, and anti-stress activities.

Concententration/Ingredients:
1:4 - Organic Schisandra berry (Schisandra chinensis), certified organic alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested use:
30-40 drops (1.5- 2 mL) two squirts, in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 2 - 3 times per day. Approximately 40 doses in a 2oz bottle.
Properties: Adaptogen, antioxidant, anti inflammatory, anti-anxiety, astringent, nervine, expectorant, hepatoprotective, antiasthmatic.
Precautions: May increase the effects of barbiturates.
