Passion Flower
Passion flower is a calming nervine, most commonly used to aid sleep issues. It has a more sedative effect than most of the other nervines but most importantly it has the ability to shut off your mind and stop thinking when it time to go to sleep. Beneficial for respiratory and lung health.

Concentration/Ingredients
1:4 - Passion Flower, organic alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested use:
20-30 drops(1 - 2 droppers full) in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 2 - 3 times per day. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle.
Properties: calming nervine, sedative, antidepressant, antispasmodic, anxiolytic.
Precautions: May increase the effects of prescription sedatives and antidepressants if using these consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
