Concentration/Ingredients
1:4 - Organic lemon balm leaf and flowers, organic alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested use:
20-30 drops(1 - 2 droppers full) in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 2 - 3 times per day. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle.
Properties: calming nervine, antidepressant, mood elevating, antiviral.
Precautions: Avoid use if you have hypothyroid conditions.
