- Holy Basil leaf - Adaptogen, antibacterial, antidepressant, antioxidant, , antiviral, carminative, expectorant, immunomodulator.
- Echinacea root - antiviral, anti bacterial.
- Ginger root - anti inflammatory, expectorant, diaphoretic, immune support.
- Anise seed - antiviral, antibacterial, anti fungus, immune support.
- Astragalus root - Adaptogen, antibacterial, antioxidant, immune tonic, heart tonic, hepatoprotective, nephroprotective.
- Peppermint leaf - decongestant, antimicrobial, anti inflammatory.

Taste: A delicious warming blend of herbs with a floral, sweet, spicy flavor.
Suggested use: Shake bag well to make sure herbs are evenly mixed.
Treatment: Scoop 1 to 2 Tablespoons of tea into your loose leaf brewing vessel. Pour in 1.5 cups of (195-212 deg F) water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Steep up to 20 minutes for a stronger effect. Take 1 to 2 times per day.
Maintenance daily brew: Scoop 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea into your loose leaf brewing vessel. Pour in 8 to 12 ounces of (195-212 deg F) water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. To strengthen and support a healthy immune system during flu season. May be taken 1 to 4 times per day.
Precautions:
Do not use during pregnancy. May interact with blood thinners and heart medication.
