Holy Basil/Tulsi
Holy Basil/ Tulsi is revered in Ayurvedic medicine for its adaptogenic properties, helping the body cope with stress. Balances and modulates the immune system increasing or decreasing response as needed. Beneficial for autoimmune issues such as arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. It is also classified as a nervine (stress relief) and a nootropic (brain function). Along with being a Rasayana (rejuvenative remedy) Tulsi is also considered sacred and associated with the Hindu god Vishnu. Daily use of of Tulsi is said to maintain the balance of the chakras and instill sattva in the user.

Concentration/Ingredients
1:5 - Organic Holy Basil, organic alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested use:
2 - 6 mL per day divided into two or three doses daily. Dilute in at least 4oz of juice, water or tea. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle.
Precautions:
Generally regarded as safe, use with caution if taking anticoagulant drugs as increased bleeding could result. Do not use during pregnancy.
