Our Sleep Tea is a relaxing blend of Adaptogens, herbs, flowers and spices to help you fall asleep quickly, improve the quality your sleep and the duration of your sleep.
We blend Chamomile which calms frazzled nerves, improves sleep quality, reduces insomnia and has mild sedative properties. We add Passion Flower for its sedative effects and to shut off those racing thoughts in your mind. Lemon balm is a nervine and when combined with chamomile and linden flower is known to improve sleep quality. Lemon verbena is a proven neuroprotectant and mild sedative. Oatstraw improves sleep quality and reduces anxiety. Linden flower has nervine qualities, treats insomnia and reduces stress. Fennel has a calming effect, relaxes muscles and and is used to treat insomnia. Calendula helps bring on sleep and is known to improve dreams. Nutmeg stimulates the production of serotonin, improving the quality and duration of sleep. Ashwagandha is a calming adaptogen helping your mind and body adapt to the stresses of the day and regulate cortisol production (critical for proper, restful sleep).

Taste: A delicious warming blend of herbs with a floral, sweet, spicy flavor.
Suggested use: Shake bag well to make sure herbs are evenly mixed.
For sleep: scoop 1 to 2 Tablespoons of tea into your loose leaf brewing vessel. Pour in 1.5 cups of (195-212 deg F) water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Steep up to 20 minutes for a stronger effect. Do not operate heavy equipment or combine with pharmaceutical sleep aids.
For a daytime brew: to relax, calm your nerves and take the edge off of the day. Scoop 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea into your loose leaf brewing vessel. Pour in 8 ounces of (195-212 deg F) water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
This is a tonic blend and can be taken nightly (or daily). The daytime dose can be taken multiple times per day.
Precautions:
Do not use during pregnancy.
