1:4 - Organic Chaga fungus, organic alcohol, distilled water.

Beta-glucan content ≥25%

Suggested use:
20-40 drops(1 - 2 mL) in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 2 - 3 times per day. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle.
