Ashwagandha is a calming adaptogen and nervine making it very effective for anxiety, fatigue, cloudy thinking, irritability and other stress related issues. One of the cornerstones of Ayurvedic remedies and considered a Rasayana (rejuvenative remedy). Clinical studies have also shown significant improvement in rheumatoid arthritis, crohn's disease, colitis and other autoimmune diseases.

Concentration/Ingredients
1:4 - Organic Ashwagandha root, organic alcohol, distilled water.
Suggested use:
30-40 drops/2 droppers full (2 mL) in at least 4oz of juice or water. Take 2 times per day. Approximately 30 doses in a 2oz bottle.
Precautions:
Do not use during pregnancy. Avoid use if you have hyperthyroidism.
